Terms of Use for ClipFlow AI

By using ClipFlow AI you agree to these terms and to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

ClipFlow AI is a video tool for recording short vertical clips, generating captions from speech, styling them and exporting the finished video to your photo library.

You keep every right to the videos, audio, captions and scripts you create with ClipFlow AI. We claim no ownership over them and, because they never leave your device, we never receive them.

You are responsible for what you record and publish. You must hold the rights to any music, footage, likeness or trademark that appears in your videos, and you must follow the rules of whatever platform you upload them to.

The Script Writer builds hooks from built-in templates on your device. Because the templates are shared by everyone using the app, two people writing about the same topic can end up with similar wording. Treat the output as a starting point, edit it into your own voice, and do not rely on it as professional advice of any kind. You are responsible for the scripts you choose to use.

ClipFlow AI Pro is an auto-renewable subscription billed by Apple through the App Store. The price, billing period and any free trial are shown in the app, in your local currency, before you confirm.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel yours in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Apple handles billing, refunds and payment method changes. Refund requests go to reportaproblem.apple.com.

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you buy a subscription covering the same period.

The free tier limits export length, exports at 1080p and adds a watermark. Pro removes those limits and unlocks the Magic Edit engine and 4K export. What each tier includes may change; if a change materially reduces what an active subscription includes, it will be stated in the app before it takes effect.

Do not use ClipFlow AI to create or distribute content that is unlawful, that harasses or defames someone, that infringes intellectual property, or that impersonates a real person in a way intended to deceive.

Features, pricing and availability may change over time. The app is not promised to be uninterrupted or error-free.

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law, and is not liable for lost recordings, lost revenue, or indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and if you are a consumer your statutory rights are unaffected.

Apple is not a party to these terms, is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
