Farline
Farline Support
Farline shows how far you can travel by train from a station within a time limit, using a timetable that ships inside the app.

Farline stores nothing about you on any server, so support cannot look up your device or recover anything from it remotely.
What To Include
When reporting a problem, include:
- app version
- iOS version
- device model
- the origin station and the time budget you used
- what you expected and what you saw
- a screenshot of the map or the destination list
Common Topics
- a station is missing from search
- a journey looks slower than expected
- the map looks empty for short time budgets
- the timetable is out of date
- changing how you continue from the arrival station
- adding the widget to the Home Screen
- sharing an exploration as a link
- clearing saved stations and history
Known Limits
Farline is honest about what it can and cannot see. The current version has these limits:
- rail, long-distance coach and ferry only — no city buses, trams or metros
- countries whose operators publish no redistribution licence are absent
- no flights: no airline schedule exists under an open licence
- times assume you leave at the moment you set, and include waiting
- there is no live delay information
- walking, bike and car cover the last stretch only, in a straight line
- the timetable is fixed at the version that shipped and covers a few months
Timetable Data
Farline carries several national timetables, each published under its own licence: Renfe Operadora (Spain), SNCF (France, ODbL), DELFI e.V. (Germany, CC BY 4.0), OpenOV (Netherlands, CC0), gtfs.kasznia.net (Poland, CC BY 4.0), Fintraffic (Finland, CC BY 4.0) and data.gov.ro (Romania, OGL-RO). Settings lists every one of them with its licence and the date it was last updated.
Renfe Operadora does not participate in, sponsor or endorse this application.
If a service has changed since the date shown in Settings, the app will not know about it. Always confirm the actual departure with the operator before travelling.
