Privacy Policy for Tiny Wins

Tiny Wins helps users capture tasks, reminders, appointments and small ideas so they do not have to keep everything in working memory.

Task titles, notes, reminders, completion history and gamification progress are stored on device-first app storage. This may include streaks, XP, shields, quests, weekly reward progress, task categories and reminder settings.

If the user exports data, exported files may contain task details and progress information. Users control where exported files are saved or shared.

Tiny Wins may use the microphone and Apple speech recognition when the user chooses voice capture. Speech recognition is only used to turn spoken input into task text. Users can continue using typed capture without voice capture.

Tiny Wins uses local notifications to deliver reminders selected by the user. Reminder content may appear in iOS notification surfaces depending on the user's system settings.

App Intents and Siri shortcuts can be used to capture a task or open parts of Tiny Wins. These actions are designed to operate through iOS system features and do not create a separate Tiny Wins account.

Tiny Wins does not sell personal task data. The Tiny Wins legal and support pages are excluded from this site's Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights provider.

If a user buys Tiny Wins Pro, payment and subscription management are handled by Apple through the App Store. Apple may process purchase information according to its own terms and privacy policy.

Tiny Wins does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It is not a substitute for professional ADHD treatment or mental health care.

Users can delete tasks and reset app data inside Tiny Wins. Exported files saved outside the app must be deleted by the user from wherever they were stored.
