These terms explain how Tiny Wins may be used and how subscriptions are handled through Apple.

Agreement
By using Tiny Wins, users agree to these terms and to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
Purpose Of The App
Tiny Wins is a productivity tool for capturing tasks, reminders and small ideas. It is intended to reduce mental clutter and help users return to tasks gently.
No Medical Advice
Tiny Wins does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It is not a substitute for professional ADHD treatment, therapy, medical care or crisis support.
Auto-renewable subscriptions
Tiny Wins may offer auto-renewable subscriptions such as monthly or yearly Tiny Wins Pro access. Subscriptions are billed by Apple through the App Store.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions in their Apple account settings. Apple handles billing, refunds and payment method changes.
Acceptable Use
Users are responsible for the tasks and notes they enter. Tiny Wins should not be used for unlawful activity, harassment, or storing information that the user is not allowed to store.
Availability And Changes
Tiny Wins may change features, pricing, subscription benefits, availability or app behavior over time. Existing App Store subscription rights remain subject to Apple rules and the active purchase terms shown at checkout.
Limitation Of Liability
Tiny Wins is provided as a productivity aid. Users remain responsible for checking important deadlines, appointments, medication, safety tasks and other critical obligations.
