Privacy Policy for Intuit

Intuit has no accounts. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number or date of birth, and we do not build a profile about you.

Notes you write or paste, audio you record or import, and documents you open are stored on your device and are never uploaded.

Summaries, key points, study questions and flashcards are generated on your device. There is no AI server involved: the app carries its own text-processing engine.

Apart from the subscription check described below, Intuit makes no network requests at all. That is not a promise about intent — the app contains no code that sends your content anywhere.

The microphone is used only while you are recording inside the app, and only after you tap record.

Transcription uses Apple’s on-device speech recognition when your device supports it. The audio is not sent to Apple’s servers or to ours.

PDFs and text files are read locally. When a PDF has no selectable text — a scan or a photo of a page — Intuit falls back to Apple’s on-device text recognition. The file is never uploaded, and choosing it uses the system document picker, which runs outside the app and hands over only what you picked.

Subscriptions are sold by Apple. We never see your payment details. Apple handles the transaction and only tells us whether a subscription is active.

We use RevenueCat to keep subscription status in sync across your devices. RevenueCat receives a randomly generated anonymous identifier for your installation and your purchase history: which plan, when it started, whether it renewed. That identifier is not linked to your name or email, because we do not have them.

Intuit contains no advertising, no advertising identifiers and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. Usage counters — how many summaries you made today — stay on your device and are what enforce the free plan’s daily limits. We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites, so the app never shows the App Tracking Transparency prompt.

Your library, your generated study material, your preferences and your daily usage counters are stored on your device. Deleting the app removes all of it.

Intuit is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect any information from them.

Because we hold no account and nothing that identifies you, there is usually nothing for us to look up, correct or delete. If you want the purchase records held under your installation’s anonymous identifier deleted, write to adriangarcia120105@gmail.com and we will ask RevenueCat to delete them. To cancel a subscription, use Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions on your device. Only Apple can do that.
