Terms of Use for Intuit

Intuit takes notes, audio recordings and documents you provide and produces summaries, key points, study questions and flashcards from them, on your device. It is a study aid, not a source of truth.

Summaries and questions are produced automatically. They can miss something important, state something inaccurately, or simplify a nuance out of existence. Check anything that matters against the original.

Intuit is not a substitute for professional advice — medical, legal, financial or academic. Do not rely on it for decisions where being wrong has consequences.

You keep every right you had in the material you bring to Intuit, and in what the app generates from it. We claim nothing over it and, since it never leaves your device, we could not use it even if we wanted to. You are responsible for having the right to use whatever you import.

The free plan includes three summaries, two study sessions and three flashcard sessions per day, with a capped number of key points, questions and cards per result.

Premium removes those daily limits, produces fuller summaries, unlocks the advanced study tools and enables export. It is sold as a monthly or an annual subscription.

Limits and features may change as the app develops. Anything that reduces what an active subscription already includes will be announced in the release notes before it takes effect.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel it.

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. We cannot issue them; requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Do not use Intuit to process material you have no right to, and do not attempt to break, reverse engineer or resell the app. Since processing happens on your device and we hold no account, enforcement mostly means we cannot help you if you break something.

Intuit is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that its output will suit your purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost study time, missed deadlines or exam results. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Intuit is distributed through the App Store, so Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Where it conflicts with these terms, Apple’s terms win.
